We offer two licensing options for our digital human models and 3D scans: Personal Use and Commercial Use. Each license type is designed to meet the specific needs of individual creators and businesses, while maintaining compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Personal Use License
Scope: The Personal Use License allows individuals to use our digital human models and 3D scans strictly for non-commercial purposes.
Permitted Activities:
Incorporate models into personal projects such as portfolios, showreels, or demo reels.
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the models.
Use the models for personal 3D printing projects.
Restrictions:
The assets cannot be used for any commercial, monetized, or business-related purposes.
Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of the models in any form is strictly prohibited.
Commercial Use License
Scope: The Commercial Use License grants businesses the right to integrate our digital human models and scans into commercial projects.
Permitted Activities:
Use models in multi-projects such as video games, films, VR experiences, and tech demos.
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works, provided these are used within the context of the licensed commercial project.
Restrictions:
Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of the models outside the agreed commercial project is prohibited.

Anonymization: Personal information is replaced with random identifiers. Models are cataloged without associating metadata such as names or scanning dates.

Purchasing and Payment
Register on our website, select the models and at checkout you can select the license type. Once you complete the payment at checkout, you will receive your license via email.
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Card payments are confirmed within 5-10 minutes of the transaction. Bank transfers are confirmed twice a day, in the morning and afternoon.
Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds unless there is a technical issue or duplicate purchase.
Compliance and Restrictions
Yes, Commercial Use Licenses permit the use of models in AI and machine learning projects.
Any violations of our terms of use will result in termination of your account and revoking the licenses you have. Legal action will be taken depending on your case.
